Who we are

Phoebe Films Company is a creative production and post-production studio dedicated to telling emotionally resonant, unconventional stories—often centering women, marginalized voices, and inner worlds. Named after the ninth satellite of Saturn, Phoebe represents our commitment to orbiting outside the mainstream, embracing darkness, strangeness, and honesty in storytelling.

The founder of the small company Phoebe Fu is a professional astrologist and an occasional filmmaker. More importantly, she’s a vintage collector and stuffed toy lover. Graduated from Tisch School of arts with double major in tv&film production and cinema studies. 4-year training in Tisch has a great impact on her as an independent filmmaker. From then, she keeps telling stories about woman and marginalized community as a writer and director.
